Pere Ventura Cavas Cava Tresor Anniversary Gran Reserva Brut Spain Sparkling Wine is from Penedes, made from Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. It is well suited for celebrations, aperitifs and entertaining and pairs well with seafood, fried appetisers and light canapés.

History of the Wine
The wine was created to commemorate Pere Ventura's first harvest in 1993 and to pay tribute to the Cavas preserved over the years in the winery's underground library. The Anniversary cuvée therefore serves as a retrospective wine within the Tresor collection rather than simply another vintage release. This places the wine within a clearly defined part of the producer's range.
