Monopole Reserva Blanco Seco (Clásico) Spain White Wine is from Rioja Alta, made from Viura. It is well suited for dinner parties, aperitifs and sharing over a meal, and pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, rice dishes, charcuterie and mature cheeses.

History of the Wine
The wine was revived by CVNE in 2014 to recreate the traditional Monopole style produced by the winery during the 1960s and 1970s, bringing historical winemaker Ezequiel García, known as “El Brujo”, back to help recover the original approach. Its story reaches further back to Monopole itself, which was registered in 1915 and is recognised by CVNE as Spain's oldest registered white-wine brand. The Clásico expression draws fruit from CVNE's high-altitude vineyard in Villalba de Rioja and uses concrete, used barrels and casks during its production to reconnect the wine with the traditional style that inspired its revival.
