La Spinetta Toscana Vermentino Italy White Wine is from Tuscany, made from 100% Vermentino. It is well suited for casual gatherings, aperitifs and relaxed meals, and pairs well with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta dishes and Mediterranean cuisine.

History of the Wine
The wine was first produced in 2009 as part of La Spinetta's Tuscan wine collection, showcasing the aromatic character of Vermentino grown at the Casanova estate in Terricciola. Its vineyards lie approximately 250 metres above sea level on sandy soils rich in ancient marine sediments, which contribute to the wine's distinctive floral, herbal and mineral qualities. Fermentation with natural yeasts and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel help preserve its freshness while developing texture and complexity.
