A fresh, terroir-driven white from Domaine Jean Guiton — 100% Aligoté — made from vines planted around the plain below the Côte de Beaune (Bligny-lès-Beaune). Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, cold-settled, then fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve purity, clarity and freshness.
Nose: Fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, a hint of green pear — clean and bright, with subtle floral and chalky-mineral undertones.
Palate: Crisp and lively, with racy acidity, lean body; flavours echo citrus and orchard fruit, finishing with a mineral-saline, refreshing clean tail — bright and thirst-quenching.
