History of the Wine
Cesari is one of the historic wineries of the Veneto region, renowned for introducing the character of Valpolicella wines to wine lovers around the world. The Mara Ripasso Valpolicella is produced using the traditional Ripasso technique, where Valpolicella wine is refermented on the skins of Amarone grapes to enhance depth, structure and complexity.
