History of the Wine
Giesen was founded in 1981 by brothers Theo, Alex and Marcel Giesen. Pure Light reflects the winery’s approach to producing a lighter-alcohol style while retaining the recognisable freshness and fruit character of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Its identity is therefore closely tied to the place from which it comes.
