Biondi Outis Bianco 2024

A white wine from volcanic-soil vineyards on Mount Etna (Trecastagni, Sicily). It’s a blend led by native white grape Carricante (~ 90%) with smaller amounts of other local varieties (like Catarratto and Minnella). Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness, minerality and purity.

Nose: Pale straw colour; aromas of wet stones/minerality, white-peach, apricot, a touch of citrus, and subtle floral/herbal hints (white blossom, herbs). 

Palate: Light-to-medium body, bright acidity and pronounced volcanic minerality; flavors echo stone-fruit (peach/apricot), citrus and a hint of saline or herbal-mineral complexity. Finish is clean, fresh and slightly mineral — excellent with seafood or Mediterranean dishes.
