It is a tribute to Eva Riedel, matriarch of the Riedel family, and one of the most iconic creations in modern glass design. History of the Product
Every handmade RIEDEL decanter is individually mouth-blown by master glassblowers in European workshops of RIEDEL, using techniques rooted in centuries-old glassmaking traditions. Made from brilliant crystal glass, each design is distinctive and combines artistry with a clear purpose. Designed to encourage aeration and enhance the aromas and flavours of fine wines, these decanters turn wine service into an elegant ritual. From expressive sculptural designs to timeless silhouettes, the collection reflects the commitment of RIEDEL to craftsmanship, innovation and an exceptional wine experience. Through traditional methods, skilled artisans bring together refined form and practical function.
Guidelines
The decanter is designed exclusively for handwashing to protect its delicate form and maintain lasting brilliance.
RIEDEL Bottle Cleaner is not suitable for this decanter, as the cleaning beads may become lodged inside and prove difficult to remove.
Clean carefully and gently to preserve the clarity, durability and fine craftsmanship of the crystal glass.
Handle with care and avoid dropping or tipping over the glass, as breakage can produce sharp shards.
Due to the nature of the handcrafted production process, minor variations, air bubbles and slight imperfections are considered acceptable characteristics, contributing to the individuality of each piece as a unique work of art.
