An elegant Bordeaux Blanc from the Fronsac appellation, crafted from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. It shows a bright, pale golden colour and opens with fresh aromas of citrus, white peach, pear, and green apple, lifted by floral notes and a subtle touch of herbs. On the palate it is crisp and well-balanced, combining lively acidity with a gentle roundness from Sémillon, giving it a smooth yet refreshing texture. Hints of minerality and light oak influence add depth without overpowering the fruit. The finish is clean, precise, and slightly saline, making it a refined and food-friendly white Bordeaux with both freshness and subtle complexity.
