Il Palazzone Brunello di Montalcino 2016 is a 100% Sangiovese from the Tuscany region’s Montalcino area — a classic Brunello vinified with traditional methods and aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for around 24–40 months.

In the glass it shows a medium‑to‑deep ruby/violet colour. On the nose you’ll find lifted floral and red‑cherry aromas — morello cherry, wild red berries and violet — alongside hints of leather, subtle herbs and a mineral, slightly balsamic note. On the palate it feels medium‑ to full‑bodied, with juicy, fresh red fruit (cranberry, raspberry), bright acidity, polished yet firm tannins and a refined, lingering finish often marked by a graphite/mineral edge and a touch of tobacco or spice.
