It displays a pale golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles and opens with complex aromas of brioche, toasted hazelnuts, dried apricots, and honeyed citrus, underscored by subtle mineral and smoky notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and refined, balancing creamy texture with lively acidity, flavors of baked apple, citrus zest, and a delicate oak influence. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering hints of honey, citrus, and chalk.
