Imperial Rioja Reserva Spain Red Wine is from Rioja Alta, made from Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo and Garnacha. It is well suited for dinner parties, special occasions and sharing over a meal, and pairs well with roast lamb, grilled red meats, game and mature cheeses.

History of the Wine
The wine was created by CVNE in the 1920s and has since become the winery's flagship Rioja, produced only in vintages considered suitable for Imperial. Its identity is built around selected estate vineyards in Villalba de Rioja, Briones and Torremontalbo, with individual vineyard lots kept separate during vinification and ageing before the final blend is assembled. This approach has remained central to Imperial, connecting its century-old origins with a vineyard-focused expression of Rioja Alta.
