A red Burgundy from Domaine Jean Guiton — 100% Pinot Noir — sourced from the “Les Vergelesses” 1er-Cru vineyard in Pernand‑Vergelesses (Côte de Beaune, Burgundy). The wine is vinified and aged carefully (with some oak, controlled yields and manual work in the vineyard) to express a mix of fruit purity, terroir minerality and Burgundian elegance.

Nose: Red fruits — cherry, raspberry — with touches of floral or gentle spice and a hint of earthy/mineral under-note typical of limestone soils.

Palate: Elegant medium body; supple and refined tannins, bright acidity; red-berry fruit (cherry/raspberry), a soft mineral edge and a clean, well-balanced finish with lingering freshness and subtle earthiness.
