A regional-level Pinot Noir from Domaine Jean Guiton, grown on plots around Bligny-lès-Beaune / the piedmont below the famous hills of Côte de Beaune. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented on native yeasts, and matured lightly (only a portion in older oak barrels), yielding an expressive yet approachable Burgundy.
Nose: Red-fruited — wild strawberry, red cherry, sometimes with subtle rose petal or forest-floor earthiness.
Palate: Medium-bodied, fresh and balanced with silky tannins. Flavours lean red (raspberry/cherry), bright acidity, mineral undertones and a clean, smooth finish.
