A red Burgundy from Domaine Jean Guiton — 100% Pinot Noir from the “Les Sizies” 1er‑Cru vineyard in Beaune (Côte de Beaune, Burgundy). The wine is vinified with care: cold-maceration, traditional cuvaison, and barrel aging (only a portion in new oak), delivering a Pinot Noir that balances elegance, terroir expression and potential for ageing.
Nose: Bright red‑fruit aromas (wild strawberry, cherry), with delicate floral undertones and a hint of forest‑floor / subtle earthiness.
Palate: Medium-bodied, with silky, soft tannins; fresh red‑fruit flavour (cherry/red berry), graceful structure and a composed, smooth finish.
