Eric Rodez A-Maceration Rose Grand Cru NV

A Grand Cru Rosé from Eric Rodez (Ambonnay, Champagne, France), using a mix of Pinot Noir (some directly pressed, some via brief skin‑maceration) and Chardonnay. The maceration adds structure, body and colour while reserve wines and oak‑barrel vinification bring depth and complexity.

Nose: Light salmon‑pink with copper glints, and aromas of red berries (wild strawberry, redcurrant), pomegranate, rose petals, orange zest, and a hint of brioche or chalky mineral. 

Palate: Medium to full‑bodied, structured yet elegant — red‑fruit core (morello cherry, raspberry), vibrant acidity, fine mousse, subtle oak/mineral depth, finishing long with saline/mineral undertones and a dry, refined aftertaste.
