A high‑elevation red from the vineyards of Bodega Yacochuya in the Cafayate Valley (Salta, Argentina). The wine is a blend of mostly Malbec with a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are hand‑harvested in the cool early morning; fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in French oak barrels — giving structure and complexity.
Nose: Dark‑fruit aromas (blackberry, black cherry) with smoky‑oak and a hint of spice.
Palate: Juicy dark fruit, firm ripe tannins, balanced acidity, subtle peppery touch from the Cabernet, with a slightly smoky/wood‑smoke finish.
