History of the Product
RIEDEL Sommeliers was introduced by Claus J. Riedel in 1973 as the first wine-friendly glass collection worldwide. In 1985, Georg Josef Riedel further developed it into the first handmade range designed for specific grape varieties, establishing an international standard for functional glass design. The collection continues to evolve under Maximilian J. Riedel. Every fine crystal glass is handmade and carefully shaped to express the individual character of wine. Combining innovation with enduring craftsmanship, the collection is produced by master glassmakers using centuries-old techniques that bring together form and function.

Guidelines
The dishwasher-safe RIEDEL collection is designed to maintain its elegance and lasting shine. Ensure the glasses are positioned carefully in the dishwasher without touching other items to protect the stemware.
Each glass is made from crystal glass, combining exceptional brilliance, clarity and durability with straightforward care.
Handle with care and avoid dropping or tipping over the glass, as breakage can produce sharp shards.

Due to the nature of the handcrafted production process, minor variations, air bubbles and slight imperfections are considered acceptable characteristics, contributing to the individuality of each piece as a unique work of art.
