It presents a delicate pale salmon-pink hue and an expressive, elegant nose of wild strawberries, red berries, citrus peel, and floral notes, layered with a subtle saline, sea-breeze character. On the palate it is crisp and vibrant, showing juicy acidity, light red-fruit flavours, and a fine mineral edge that reflects its Mediterranean terroir. Vinified with a gentle short maceration and aged in stainless steel, it keeps a clean, precise style with a refreshing, slightly savoury finish. The overall impression is a well-balanced rosé that combines finesse, freshness, and coastal character.
