An organic white wine from the coastal vineyards of Paestum in southern Italy, made from 100% Fiano. It shows a bright straw-yellow hue and opens with an expressive bouquet of white peach, apple, pear, and citrus, layered with jasmine, broom flowers, and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fresh, juicy, and lightly textured, with vibrant acidity and a distinct saline, mineral edge that reflects its proximity to the sea. Gentle lees ageing adds subtle roundness and complexity, giving a soft, balanced mid-palate while keeping the overall style crisp and drinkable. The finish is clean, slightly savoury, and refreshingly coastal in character, making it a lively yet refined expression of Campanian Fiano.
