Cesari Jèma Corvina Italy Red Wine is from Veneto, made from Corvina. It is well suited for dinner parties, relaxed evening gatherings and sharing over a meal and pairs well with braised meats, roast beef and mature cheeses.
History of the Wine
The wine was developed by Cesari as a varietal Corvina expression, setting the grape apart from the traditional multi-variety blends of Valpolicella. Its purpose within the range is to present Corvina on its own rather than as one component of Amarone or Ripasso. This places the wine within a clearly defined part of the producer's range.

Guidelines
Serve at around 14–16°C to keep the fruit, structure and freshness in balance.
Stand the bottle upright before serving where possible and decant gently only if needed to separate any natural sediment.
Allow the wine to open gradually in the glass and avoid prolonged aeration, as mature vintages can evolve quickly once opened.
