Biondi San Nicolo Etna 2022 is a red wine from Mount Etna (Sicily), made primarily from Nerello Mascalese, with a small portion of Nerello Cappuccio.
It shows a clear ruby-red colour and on the nose brings ripe red fruits, delicate spice and a subtle smoky-mineral undercurrent reflecting the volcanic terroir. On the palate it is medium-bodied, elegant and balanced — red-fruit flavours accompanied by gentle tannins, bright acidity and a mineral backbone that gives it freshness and structure.
