Biondi Outis Rosso 2024

Biondi Outis Rosso 2024 is a red wine from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, crafted by Biondi Winery. It is made from a blend of mostly Nerello Mascalese (≈ 80 %) and the remainder Nerello Cappuccio.

In the glass, it shows a ruby-red hue with slight garnet highlights. On the nose you’ll find aromas of red fruits — cherry and raspberry — layered with spice, herbs, subtle smoke or volcanic earth, and a touch of cedar or chocolate from oak aging. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine tannins, bright acidity, and a mineral-driven finish. Expect flavors of red berries, gentle herbal and smoky notes, a round texture, and a balanced, lingering finish.
