San Salvatore Falanghina 2024

A vibrant, organic white wine from the coastal vineyards of Paestum in Campania, southern Italy, made from 100% Falanghina. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour and an expressive, lifted nose of citrus fruits, green apple, white peach, and tropical hints like pineapple, along with orange blossom and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is fresh, zesty, and lightly textured, driven by lively acidity and a distinct saline, sea-breeze minerality that reflects its coastal terroir. A short period of lees ageing adds subtle roundness and depth while keeping the overall style crisp and energetic. The finish is clean, fruity, and refreshingly savoury, making it a classic, easy-drinking yet characterful Campanian white.
