Cesari Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore 2022 is a medium-bodied red from Veneto made using the traditional Ripasso method over Amarone grape skins. It shows aromas of ripe cherry, dried fruit, and warm spice with a touch of jammy richness. The palate is smooth and juicy, with soft tannins and good depth from the secondary fermentation. It finishes warm and elegant, with lingering red fruit and subtle spice.
