Domaine Weinbach Pinot’S Furstentum Grand Cru is a succulent red, boasting a deep garnet hue, with a profoundly intense and intricate bouquet, predominantly fruity (cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant) with subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is velvety, with silky tannins and a prolonged finish.
White wine Aged on its lees Biodynamic. 14 months on lees in the barrel.

Lots of melon and persimmon, but this is anything other than loudly fruity. A co-fermentation of pinot gris, pinot blanc and auxerrois. The second vintage of this wine declared as a Grand Cru."
