Lieu Dit Winery, named after the French term for a “named place,” is a boutique, terroir-driven winery nestled in Santa Barbara, California. Founded by Justin Willett (with early support from Eric Railsback), the winery champions minimal-intervention, Loire-inspired wines—notably Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Melon de Bourgogne.
