Ciro Biondi is a boutique winery located on the southeastern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Established in 1999 by Ciro Biondi and his wife, Stephanie, the estate spans approximately 6 hectares across three terraced vineyards: Chianta, Cisterna Fuori, and San Nicolò. These vineyards are planted with indigenous grape varieties such as Carricante, Cataratto, Minella, Nerello Mascalese, and Nerello Cappuccio, and are cultivated using traditional alberello (bush) training methods.
