A biodynamic red from the Southern Rhône, made almost entirely from old-vine Grenache grown in the village of Sablet. It shows a deep, expressive profile with ripe raspberry and red cherry fruit, layered with hints of liquorice, vanilla, and subtle spice from gentle oak influence. On the palate, it is supple and round, supported by fine yet present tannins and a soft, elegant structure. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a touch of garrigue character and earthy depth that reflects its Rhône terroir.
