Eric Rodez Blanc De Blanc NV

A non‑vintage “Blanc de Blancs” Champagne from Eric Rodez, made 100% from Chardonnay grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, in the Champagne region. The wine is a blend of multiple vintages, with many base wines vinified in oak barrels, and a portion not undergoing malolactic fermentation — giving depth, richness and a distinct terroir‑driven character.

Nose: Light golden‑gold color. Aromas of citrus and yellow fruit — think lemon zest, peach, white‑peach or pear — layered with brioche, subtle baked‑apple or custard notes, light toasty/wood‑driven depth and a faint chalky/mineral edge. 

Palate: Fresh, flowing and lively with bright acidity, a touch of soft fruit (pear, mirabelle or white‑peach), creamy texture from lees + oak, subtle chalky/mineral undertones, and a clean, long finish — refined yet expressive.
