Aperture Cellars Chenin Blanc 2021 is dry and vibrant with aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, beeswax, biscuit and green herbs. The palate is silky and mouth-watering, showing juicy stone fruit (apricot, peach) with fresh acidity and a nutty, elegant finish. The wine spends six months in mostly stainless steel with about 20% neutral oak.
