SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
1.1 When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
1.2 When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
1.3 We may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

2.1 How do you get my consent?

3.1 We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
3.2 SAS does not routinely disclose Personal Information, and except as set out in this Privacy Policy or as notified to you from time to time (including by providing you with a collection notification) will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent unless it is to be used for the following purposes:

SECTION 6- Acessing, Modifying or Deleting Your personal Information
6.1 If at any time you wish to access or modify your Personal Information in our database, or update Personal Information that is inaccurate or out of date you may so by, sending your request via email to
sales@pinkbeauty.com.sg. We will make reasonable efforts to service your request in a timely manner. If you wish to have your Personal Information deleted, please let us know in the same manner as referred to above and we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
6.2 We will not give you access to your Personal Information if the information relates to your legal proceedings with us, or we reasonably believe that giving access would pose a serious threat to safety, be prejudicial to your negotiations with us, unreasonably impact on the privacy of others, or where providing access would otherwise be unlawful.

9.2 If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
