Clear with syrup, clementine and candied pineapple, lemon tart. Chalk, wet sand. Candied ginger, verbena, fresh mint, cinnamon. A tip smoke. Almond. A superb balance between fruity sweetness and refreshing acidity. Very "fondue". High purity, a lot of dynamism. Big potential of guard.
