Delivery & Returns

Delivery Fee

Enjoy free delivery within mainland Singapore for all orders above S$200. For orders less than $200, there will be a small delivery fee of S$25.

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver all orders within 1 - 2 working days. Once an order has been placed, our team will contact you to schedule the earliest possibly delivery slot. Should you not hear from us within 1 working day, kindly contact our office at 6766 5185. Please ensure that an authorised representative will be present during delivery as re-deliveries will be subject to additional charges.

Standard delivery time is from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 12.30pm on Saturday. On public holidays and Sundays, we allow our hardworking team to rest.

Delivery and Receipt of Goods

We value your support and want to make sure your orders get to you safely. As such, we’ll need a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that all orders made it to the right place.

Exchange and returns

Customers are advised to, and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods upon delivery. Any wrong items, damages or incorrect quantities should be reported to Cellarmaster Wines, within three (3) days of purchase for corrective action. All return or exchange requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable. While all our wines are permanently stored in a professional environment safe from humidity and direct sunlight, the possibility still exists for wines to be corked/oxidized or tainted. Should you suspect that your wine is not up to standard, let us know immediately.

Due to the hand-crafting, small tolerances in the size and weight of every hand-made decanters and glasses, tiny bubbles, slight imperfections and surface variations, are a feature and acceptable part of the process which are not considered as defects. We will replace the Riedel glassware if they are deemed to have true defects.


All major credit and debit card payments are accepted via Paypal without any additional transaction cost from Paypal. Upon checking out, you will be redirected to Paypal to complete payment.
