Color : Intense ruby ​​red with intriguing purple reflections.
Aroma : It is ample with an extremely complex pleasant aroma (coffee, cocoa and vanilla) while retaining the fruity notes.
Taste : Harmony, good body and very persistent pleasant tannins are perceived in the mouth.
Pairings : It goes well with savory first courses (with meat or mushroom sauces) and with second courses of red meat or game. Try it with blue and aged cheeses.
